MOSAIC PUBLIC MEDIA INC., a 501c3 organization, aims to address the lack of educational content on traditional television programming for underserved communities and ethnic minorities whose English is not the primary language. By becoming the first public media platform specifically designed to serve these communities, MOSAIC PUBLIC MEDIA seeks to bridge the gap in access to educational resources on various topics, including health awareness, mental health, financial literacy, investment, retirement, parental involvement in children’s education, public safety, access to information and services from public institutions, and civic engagement.
This initiative recognizes the unique challenges faced by ethnic minorities and strives to empower them through inclusive and culturally relevant educational content.

Ariadne Stephanie Scott Iriarte, MD
Dr. Ariadne Stephanie Scott Iriarte is a dedicated and accomplished medical practitioner specializing in internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and medical oncology. Her journey in the medical field has been marked by rigorous education, specialized training, and commitment to serving her local and global communities.
Education and Training:
Ariadne’s academic journey began with a strong foundation, earning a Bachelor of Arts from the Anglo-American School of Bolivia. Her pursuit of a medical career led her to the Universidad Privada del Valle in Cochabamba, Bolivia, where she earned her Medical Doctor degree. She furthered her medical expertise through an Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois from July 2013 to June 2016, including a prestigious Medical Oncology rotation at John Hopkins University in April 2015. Dr. Iriarte completed her specialization with a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship Training at Boston Medical Center in Massachusetts from June 2016 to July 2017.

Dr. Iriarte’s career has begun as a Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Clinic Los Angeles in Cochabamba, Bolivia, from September 2010 to June 2013. Her commitment to patient care continued at the Brockton Neighborhood Health Center from September 2017 to September 2020.
Dr. Iriarte joined the Lahey Health ( Beth Israel Lahey Health) in 2021 and has been a dedicated hospitalist ever since, providing expert care to patients. With a strong commitment to healthcare, Dr. Iriarte has played a vital role in the hospital’s medical team, ensuring the well-being of countless individuals during their hospital stays.
At Lahey Health, Dr. Iriarte played a crucial role in outreach initiatives aimed at educating the Portuguese-speaking community about COVID. Her dedication and expertise were instrumental in bridging language barriers and disseminating vital information to this underserved population.
Volunteer Activities:
In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Iriarte is deeply committed to community service. During her residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, she actively participated in breast and prostate cancer awareness events at Creticos Cancer Center from 2013 to 2016. She also dedicated her time to volunteering from 2004 to 2010, focusing on assisting children in shelters and underserved areas in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
In Massachusetts, Ariadne’s commitment to public health extended to COVID-19 screening for the homeless population at Father’s Bill Homeless Shelter in Brockton, Massachusetts, in April 2020.
Dr. Iriarte demonstrated a commitment to preventive care through education during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. She volunteered countless hours on MCTV (Multicultural Television Network), using the power of television and social media to reach and educate the Hispanic audience.
Paul c. Resil is a results-driven professional with a remarkable background in finance and leadership roles. His extensive experience in managing finances for both national and multinational organizations has solidified his reputation as a prominent figure in the financial industry. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian-Creole, Paul is not only a finance expert but also a passionate advocate for community involvement and international travel.
Paul’s journey towards excellence in finance began with a Bachelor of Accountancy fr om Bentley University in 1992. Building on this foundation, he pursued a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University in 2004, further honing his expertise in the field of finance.
Paul Resil has built a remarkable career as the CEO of Resil Financial Services Inc since 2003, demonstrating exceptional leadership and financial expertise. His visionary approach has driven consistent growth and success within the company, wh ere he has developed and implemented financial strategies ensuring long-term financial stability. Simultaneously, as the Principal Broker at Resil Realty Services Inc since 2008, Paul has overseen real estate transactions with precision, leveraging his industry expertise to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.
Beyond his corporate roles, Paul c. Resil has demonstrated a deep commitment to his community by serving as Treasurer for various national and multinational church and not-for-profit organizations since 2001. Jean S. Bonnet, MD is the President of Hyde Park Health Associates in Mattapan, Massachusetts. At Hyde Park Dr. Bonnet specializes in Internal Medicine; more specifically in the Psycho, Social, Cultural, and Biological Origin of Disease and Research. With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Bonnet proudly is the President of the Ethnicity and Disease Research Center; an organization aiming at looking disparity in health care, integration of ethnic minority physician in research and cultural / linguistic measure in the health care system. Prior to working at Hyde Park Dr. Bonnet served and helped many organizations in the community designed to strengthen and empower the health needs of the community. Dr. Bonnet is very involved in his field of medicine and is extremely passionate about his work; having been a founding member of the New Immigrant Community Health Empowerment (NICHE), the Center for Community Health Education and Research (CCHER), and the Ethnicity and Disease Research Center.
Throughout his career, Dr. Bonnet demonstrated unwavering dedication to the welfare of immigrant communities. Recognizing the profound challenges faced by newcomers to his country, he became a strong advocate for delivering healthcare information in languages accessible to all. Dr. Bonnet firmly believed that empowering immigrants with health education in their native languages was not only a matter of ethical responsibility but also a pathway to better health outcomes and overall well-being. He tirelessly worked to bridge the communication gap between healthcare providers and immigrants, ensuring that everyone had access to vital health information and services.

J. Abede Alexandre is originally fr om Haiti. He migrated to the United States in 1982, 4 years after completing a Bachelors Degree in Bible and Theology. He received a Scholarship fr om Dallas Theological Seminary, wh ere he completed a Masters in Theology Degree (ThM) in 1986 and a Doctorate in Ministry/Pastoral Theology and Leadership (DMin) in 2011.
He graduated from George Fox University, obtaining a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) in 1989. Cambridge Hospital/Harvard Medical School recruited him to complete his post-doctoral residency and worked as a clinician at the Haitian Mental Health Clinic.
Dr. Alexandre completed post-graduate work at Northeastern University, wh ere he specialized in Learning Disabilities and Psychodiagnostic Prescriptions, in 1992. He worked as a psychologist for Boston Public Schools for 29 years (1990-2019)
He has served as a Clinician, Conference Speaker, and consultant for various professional institutions, including SouthBay Mental Health Center, Haitian American Public Health Initiatives (HAPHI), Williams James College, and various school districts in the State of Massachusetts.
Dr. Alexandre is a well-sought-after speaker on cross-cultural mental health and has presented mental health education on various television and radio stations, including Echo Evangélique, Voix de l’Amérique, Camera Mosaique, Multicultural Television Network (MCTV) and TeleKreyol
He is the Senior Pastor of Tabernacle Baptist Congregation, founded in 1997. In 2022, he founded Alex Consulting Services, LLC, which provides psychological services and Mental Health Consultation.
Dr Lunine Pierre-Jérôme, a renowned educator, leader, and language advocate, is dedicated to empowering multilingual learners and those with limited education. With a lifelong commitment to education and impactful community engagement, she’s a pioneer in ESL and multicultural education.
Lunine’s academic journey began with a BS in Information Systems from Northeastern University. She later pursued an MA in Applied Linguistics and an Ed.D. in Leadership in Urban Schools from UMass Boston.
Her involvement in organizations like AFAB showcases her commitment to community empowerment. Collaborating on a housing project for low-income families exemplifies her dedication.
As a Senior Instructor, Lunine teaches vital subjects like “Assessment of English Learners,” prioritizing equitable education for multilingual students. Her translations of works into Haitian Creole enrich cultural understanding.
Her awards, including the Drylongso Award, recognize her impact. Presentations on education in crisis and participatory teaching underscore her thought leadership.
My name is Alba Cordero Soto and I am the founder of Alba Soto TLC and a CARN certified addictions nurse working in community health. As a certified trauma liberation coach, I help individuals get unstuck by applying my unique principles of active healing.
I am a positive and resilient trauma survivor. I share my story because it empowers others to live in their truth and live life to the fullest. I say if you survived the trauma; you will thrive past the recovery.
Through personal experience I have learned that ” Without tools, Trauma Rules.” And this is why I am paying it forward by sharing the tools that brought me from accepting people who took advantage of me to now only accepting healthy and reciprocal relationships. These tools facilitate active healing and help individuals find their voice and reclaim their power.
Brenda Lormil currently serves as the Equity Nurse Practitioner at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Boston MA. In her role she spends parts of her clinical hours providing patient-centered care to patients who are actively receiving treatment on a Phase 1 Clinical Trial. Her role also provides the unique opportunity to work alongside colleagues and other passionate members of the MGH community to find sustainable solutions to equitable access and quality delivery of care to some of the most vulnerable populations affected by cancer.
Brenda’s devotion to improving access to care has allowed her work to stretch beyond the walls of MGH. Raised by two Haitian immigrants, Brenda has personally witnessed the many challenges immigrant populations face when attempting to navigating our complex healthcare system.
As the Founder of the Haitian American Medical Association (HAMA), Brenda and her team are on a mission to provide culturally specific health education through strategic and innovative delivery – with a
goal to improve the health literacy and health outcomes of the Haitian community. Since its launch in 2017, HAMA has impacted over 3,000+ Haitian individuals and families through health education workshops, community events, and yearly academic scholarship opportunities. The HAMA team is comprised of 42 volunteers across 5+ states.
Of her many hats, Brenda thoroughly enjoys her role as lead consultant of VDI Consulting. This platform has allowed her to compile her 2+ decades of experience and skill sets to support companies, organizations, and individuals with projects that mainly focus on improving health care diversity, delivery, and access.
Brenda is an alumnus of Regis College in Weston, MA where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2011, and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2015.
